So I wanted to share what I eat when im staying in keto all day. I had a good Thanksgiving which meant I ate tons of sugary carb loaded food. Not just for the holiday but it went into the weekend! It messed up my stomach and threw my body out of wack..but it was worth it. When something like this happens I like to get my body into keto by having little to no carbs or even doing a fast for a day. As of right now im doing a three days on three days off of keto and intermittent fasting ill let you know how it goes 🙂 I hope you enjoy this video xo
