This week, I tried a keto fast. My goal was to fast for 3 days in order to enter ketosis, a metabolic state where your body burns fat instead of carbohydrates. Ketosis has a wealth of great benefits from rapid fat loss to curing cancer (kind of).

I also go over a step by step method for the best way to enter ketosis quickly. This method was largely based on work by Dominic D’Agostino (watch his Ted Talk here: and Tim Ferriss.

It was a long three days (I got pretty hungry) but I came out the other side stronger.
