There’s a very specific reason why I chose to start by keto and IF (intermittent fasting) journey with a 60-Day-Challenge. This is because I wanted to go beyond “just” getting into ketosis, or a ketogenic state, and morph my body into being a fat-adapted or keto-adapted state.

In this video, I talk about the difference between being in Ketosis & Being Keto-Adapted, how long you should expect it to take to become fat-adapted, and a few signs that will let you know that you’re well on your way to going deeper, from being in ketosis, and building the enzymes in your cells to optimize and prioritize ketones, made out of fat, as it’s primary fuel source.

If you want to know how to lose weight fast, or more importantly, how to lose fat fast, I welcome you to check out the rest of this series of videos on combining the ketogenic diet along with intermittent fasting.

I feel so fortunate to have discovered this way of eating, and think it’s something worth considering for yourself if you’re like me: someone who neglected their health, gained a ton of fat, and got to the point of pre-diabetes.
