In this video I break down which vegetables are allowed on the ketogenic diet just about as simply as I can with a simple question to ask yourself: could you eat this vegetable raw?

In general, the easier a veggie is to eat in it’s raw state, the more keto friendly it is. The more cooking the vegetable requires, the farther you should stay away from it.
